You will work with Yardi/RealPage, oversee tours, move-ins/move-outs, and retention events, collaborating with the Community Manager to enhance marketing and online reputation. A fast-paced, customer-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi/RealPage); RealPage OneSite preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record in last 12 months.
• Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to resident concerns.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales, leasing, and resident relations for a large, fast-paced community.
• Present community and apartments professionally, highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through leasing.
• Maintain understanding of property features, floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Use Yardi or RealPage to manage resident information, applications, and leases.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a positive experience.
• Plan and execute resident retention events and activities.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on marketing, social media, and reputation.
