Kairoi Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the sales cycle from inquiry to lease signing and drive resident retention. You will use technology to manage resident information, pricing, and occupancy while delivering high customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in leasing, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor to thrive in a luxury multifamily environment with collaborative marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Two years leasing or sales experience in multifamily.
• Proficiency with Yardi or RealPage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartments professionally to attract prospects.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through leasing.
• Maintain knowledge of features, floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Utilize property management software to manage resident information and leases.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs with a smooth, positive experience.
• Plan retention programs and organize community events.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on marketing and online presence.
• Maintain records of resident interactions and transactions with compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
