Kairoi Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage inquiries from prospective residents through lease signing, delivering exceptional customer service and guiding applicants through the leasing journey.

You will leverage Yardi or RealPage to handle applications and leases, coordinate tours, and support marketing efforts. A strong team player with a proactive approach is essential for success in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartments in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Maintain knowledge of property features, floor plans, pricing and availability.
• Utilize Yardi or RealPage to manage resident information, applications, and leases.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs with a smooth, positive experience.
• Plan and execute resident retention programs and community events.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on marketing, social media, and online reputation.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
