Kairoi in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the sales process from inquiry to lease signing, delivering outstanding resident service and supporting community engagement.

You will use Yardi or RealPage to track applications, schedule tours, coordinate move-ins, and assist with marketing and online reputation. The role emphasizes retention, occupancy, and collaboration with the Community Manager.

Competenze

• Two years of leasing or sales experience.
• Proficiency with Yardi or RealPage is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Present the community and apartments to prospective residents.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide through leasing.
• Maintain understanding of features, pricing, and availability.
• Use property management software to manage applications and track leases.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Plan and execute resident retention programs and events.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on marketing and online reputation.
• Maintain records of interactions and transactions in compliance with laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
