Job summary

Strong software skills in Yardi or RealPage and a record of outstanding customer service are essential. Ideal candidates will have at least two years in leasing or sales, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a leasing or sales role.
• Luxury lease-ups experience strongly preferred.
• Must have a strong hospitality mindset and elevate customer service.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or RealPage.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartments professionally, highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Maintain knowledge of floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Use Yardi/RealPage to manage resident information, applications, and leases.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs for a smooth experience.
• Plan retention programs and community events.
• Support marketing efforts including social media and online reputation.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions, ensure legal compliance.
