Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartments to prospective residents with enthusiasm.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through leasing.
• Maintain knowledge of features, floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Use Yardi or RealPage to manage resident information, applications, and leases.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a positive experience.
• Plan resident retention programs and community events.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on marketing and online reputation.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and transactions.
