The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience, excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to work in a team-selling environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable in a consultative, team-selling environment.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through kitchen and bath design and product selection.
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations based on needs and goals.
• Manage relationships from initial consultation through project completion.
• Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly sales and gross margin goals.
• Respond to leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain follow-up through the sales process and accurate orders.
• Collaborate with team members in a supportive sales environment.
• Ensure quotes, selections, orders, and project details are accurate.
