Job summary

WDC Kitchen & Bath Center in Southern California is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to deliver best-in-class service and drive sales in our showroom. You will engage customers, present proposals, and capture order details with precision while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role requires at least two years in a goal‑oriented sales environment, strong MS Office skills, excellent communication and time management, and a willingness to work 40 hours weekly, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years in a goal-oriented sales environment.
• One year of customer service or customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer literacy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Attend ongoing product training to stay current.
• Build proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs.
• Capture client data and sales orders using company tools.
• Foster reliability and rapport to encourage repeat business.
• Meet monthly development and sales goals.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive store environment.
• Support store operations including weekends and holidays.
