Hajoca Corporation, a leading wholesale distributor, seeks a Kohler Signature Store Design & Sales Consultant for its Costa Mesa, CA location. The role focuses on expert product selection, in-store and in-home design consultations, and delivering exceptional customer service to preserve high-end showroom standards.

The position emphasizes luxury product knowledge, architectural design awareness, and strong relationship-building with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales.
• Knowledge of showroom products.
• Experience with luxury, high end products and customers.
• Ability to read architectural blueprints and discuss design plans.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design services to showroom customers in-store and at the customer's location.
• Ensure customer satisfaction to meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals.
• Sell and provide in-store and/or in-home design consultations for kitchen and bathrooms.
• Explain showroom value propositions and guide customers to appropriate products.
• Determine customer needs, direct to best products, and move sales forward.
• Build long-term relationships, create referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and features; use Hajoca technology for product selections, pricing, and availability.
• Use sales reports and forecasting tools to meet targets.
• Follow up on leads and generate new business.
• Enter orders and bids, expedite purchases, and manage projects from start to finish.
• Process returns per company policy.
• Keep showroom clean, stocked, and safely displayed.
• Attend industry events to stay current with trends and build relationships.
