Job summary

WDC Kitchen & Bath Center is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant in Southern California to deliver best-in-class experiences to homeowners, contractors, and designers. You will respond to inquiries, build quotes, and manage client data while collaborating with a team to hit ambitious monthly goals.

This role requires organization, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced showroom setting with weekend shifts. Competitive base pay plus bonus, plus benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least two years working in a goal-oriented sales environment.
• One year of customer service or customer-facing environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good organizational skills.
• Shifts to cover 5 days per week: generally 9:30am–6:00pm.
• Work in a general showroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to sales inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Attend ongoing training to stay current on products.
• Build proposals and quotes reflecting customer needs.
• Capture client data and sales order information using company tools.
• Cultivate relationships for return and referral opportunities.
• Achieve monthly development and sales goals.
• Work as a team to maintain a positive store environment.
• Participate in regular shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and after-hours events.
