Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Compensation: $21/hour + Commission
Total Earning Potential: Approximately $75,000–$100,000
Commission Guarantee: First 6 Months

About The Opportunity Our client, a high-end kitchen and bath showroom, is seeking an experienced Retail Design & Sales Consultant to help customers transform their design ideas into finished spaces.
This role combines consultative sales, design guidance, and customer relationship management. You'll work directly with customers throughout the entire process—from the initial consultation and product selection through project completion.
The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, an eye for design, and the ability to deliver a polished, personalized customer experience.
What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the kitchen and bath design and product selection process
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations based on customer needs, style, and project goals
• Manage customer relationships from initial consultation through project completion
• Drive sales and consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and gross margin goals
• Respond to incoming leads and proactively develop new business opportunities
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process
• Ensure quotes, selections, orders, and project details are accurate and organized
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members in a supportive, team-selling environment

Equivalent professional experience will be considered in place of formal education.
Compensation & Benefits

• $22–$24/hour base pay
• Commission-based earning opportunity
• Approximately $75,000–$100,000 total compensation potential
