Job summary

Kohler Signature Store, Costa Mesa, CA, part of Hajoca Corporation, seeks a Design and Sales Consultant to help customers select kitchen and bath products and provide design services both in-store and on-site. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales.
• Experience working with luxury, high-end products and customers.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design services in showroom and at customers’ locations.
• Achieve sales and gross profit targets and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct in-store and in-home design consultations for kitchens and baths.
• Maintain product knowledge and use company systems to review specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Process orders, bids, and returns in line with company policy.
• Communicate effectively and build strong vendor relationships.
