Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC in North Atlanta is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee high-end residential kitchen and bathroom projects in Buckhead and surrounding areas. This hands-on leadership role manages 5–10 active projects while upholding craftsmanship, safety, and exceptional client communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction or remodeling field-management experience.
• Direct experience supervising kitchen, bathroom, or high-end residential renovation projects.
• Ability to manage more than 5 projects in the field simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5–10 residential kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling projects in the field simultaneously.
• Coordinate trade partners, installers, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and homeowners.
• Review project scopes, plans, selections, specifications, budgets, and schedules before construction begins.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules; protect gross margins by managing labor and materials.
