Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee high‑end residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects in Buckhead and North Atlanta. The role leads 5–10 active projects, ensuring craftsmanship, client communication, safety, and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and able to hold installers and trade partners accountable while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of residential construction or remodeling field-management experience.
• Direct experience supervising kitchen/bath/high-end residential renovations.
• Ability to manage more than 5 projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and sequencing.
• Ability to read plans, scopes, specs, and product docs.
• Understanding of QC, job costing, change orders, schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5–10 residential kitchen/bath remodeling projects in the field.
• Coordinate daily field activities across multiple jobsites.
• Review scopes, budgets, schedules before construction.
• Confirm field measurements and site conditions.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules.
• Coordinate trade partners, installers, deliveries, and homeowners.
• Protect gross margin by managing labor, materials, and changes.
