Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee high-end kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects in Buckhead and throughout North Atlanta. You will manage multiple active projects in the field, ensuring craftsmanship, client communication, safety, and schedule adherence.

The role requires an expert knowledge of luxury residential remodeling, strong organizational skills, and the ability to hold installers and trade partners accountable.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of residential construction or remodeling field-management experience.
• Direct experience supervising kitchen, bathroom, or high-end residential renovation projects.
• Ability to manage more than 5 projects in the field simultaneously.
• Strong reading of plans and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel between Buckhead and North Atlanta jobsites.
• Three supervisor references.

Responsibilities

• Lead field ownership of multiple residential remodeling projects from measuring to completion.
• Coordinate daily field activities across multiple jobsites to maintain schedules.
• Review scopes, budgets, and schedules before construction begins.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on all sites.
• Manage trade partners and installers, holding them accountable.
