Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC in North Atlanta, GA, seeks an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee high-end residential kitchen and bathroom projects across North Atlanta. This hands-on leadership role manages 5–10 active projects, ensuring craftsmanship, client communication, safety, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate excels in organization, accountability for trade partners, and doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction/remodeling field management experience.
• Direct experience supervising kitchen/bath or high-end residential renovations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, trade partners, and homeowners.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, cost control, and QA.
• Proficient in communication and problem-solving; travel within North Atlanta.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5–10 residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects concurrently.
• Coordinate daily field activities across multiple jobsites.
• Review scopes, plans, budgets, and schedules prior to construction.
• Confirm field measurements and site conditions before ordering materials.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate trade partners, installers, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and homeowners.
• Identify delays or overruns early and implement corrective actions.
• Protect gross margin by managing labor, materials, change orders and scheduling.
• Ensure work stays within approved scope and budget.
