Job summary

Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC seeks an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee luxury residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects in Buckhead and North Atlanta. Manage 5–10 active jobs, ensure craftsmanship, client communication, safety, cycle times, and budget performance.

You will report to the Operations Manager, lead installers and trade partners, and maintain project documentation while upholding Heart & Home’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction field-management experience.
• Direct experience supervising high-end kitchen/bath renovations.
• Ability to supervise more than 5 projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and QC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5–10 active projects in Buckhead and North Atlanta.
• Coordinate daily field activities across multiple sites.
• Review scopes, budgets, plans, and schedules before construction.
• Maintain project schedules and protect gross margins.
• Lead trade partners and installers, ensuring quality and safety.
• Serve as primary field liaison with homeowners and maintain professional site presence.
