Job summary

Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC seeks a Field Supervisor to oversee 5–10 luxury residential kitchen/bath projects in Buckhead and North Atlanta. You will measure, pre-construct, and drive projects to completion, reporting to the Operations Manager.

This hands-on role emphasizes craftsmanship, client communication, safety, and on-time delivery. The candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of holding installers and partners accountable to our standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of residential construction or remodeling field-management experience.
• Direct experience supervising kitchen, bathroom, or high-end residential renovation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage more than 5 projects in the field simultaneously.
• Strong working knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing.
• Ability to read plans, scopes of work, specifications, and product documentation.
• Strong understanding of quality control, job costing, change orders, and schedule management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Comfortable using project-management software, email, mobile applications, and digital photos.
• Ability to travel between Buckhead and North Atlanta jobsites throughout the workday.
• Ability to pass any job-related background or driving-record requirements.
• Three supervisor references.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5–10 residential kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling projects in the field simultaneously.
• Coordinate daily field activities across multiple jobsites.
• Review project scopes, plans, selections, specifications, budgets, and schedules before construction begins.
• Confirm field measurements and site conditions before materials are ordered or released.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules.
• Coordinate trade partners, installers, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and homeowners.
• Identify potential delays or cost overruns early and develop corrective action plans.
• Keep projects moving efficiently while minimizing downtime between construction phases.
• Ensure work remains within the approved scope and budget.
• Protect project gross margin by managing labor, materials, change orders, rework, and scheduling.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections at critical construction milestones.
• Verify that work meets standards and codes.
• Maintain exacting standards for fit, finish, cleanliness, and craftsmanship.
• Identify deficiencies early and ensure prompt corrections.
• Complete thorough pre-punch and final quality-control inspections.
• Reduce reworks, callbacks, and warranty issues by getting the work right the first time.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day field contact for homeowners.
• Set clear expectations regarding schedules, jobsite activity, upcoming decisions, and milestones.
• Communicate proactively—especially when challenges or changes arise.
• Treat every client’s home with care and respect.
• Maintain clean, organized jobsites.
• Conduct project completion walkthroughs and ensure punch-list items are resolved promptly.
• Help create Raving Fans who leave 5-star reviews.
• Build strong relationships with trade partners and vendors.
• Recruit, evaluate, develop, and hold accountable installers and subcontractors.
• Communicate updates to the Operations Manager and attend meetings.
• Maintain accurate project notes, photos, schedules, and documentation.
