Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC is looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to manage high-end kitchen and bath remodeling projects in North Atlanta. You will coordinate multiple projects, ensuring exceptional standards for quality and client communication.

The role requires at least 5 years of field-management experience in residential construction and offers a competitive base salary of $70,000–$100,000 plus performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction or remodeling field-management experience.
• Experience supervising high-end residential projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong working knowledge of construction methods and sequencing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5–10 kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects concurrently.
• Coordinate daily activities across multiple jobsites.
• Ensure project completion within budget and schedule.
