Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to manage multiple luxury residential kitchen and bathroom projects in Buckhead and North Atlanta. This hands-on leadership role requires overseeing 5–10 active projects, ensuring craftsmanship, client communication, safety, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of residential construction or remodeling field-management experience.
• Direct experience supervising kitchen, bathroom, or high-end residential renovation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage more than 5 projects in the field simultaneously.
• Strong reading of plans, scopes of work, specs, and product documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5–10 residential kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling projects in the field simultaneously.
• Coordinate daily field activities across multiple jobsites.
• Review project scopes, budgets, schedules, and plans before construction begins.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure on-time completion.
• Lead trade partners and installers, and manage safety and quality controls.
