Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC in Buckhead and North Atlanta seeks an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee high-end residential kitchen and bathroom remodels. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate field activities, review scopes and budgets, and maintain quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in field management of luxury projects, strong organizational skills, and teamwork with installers and partners.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of residential construction/remodeling field management.
• Experience supervising high-end kitchen/bath projects.
• Ability to manage 5–10 active projects simultaneously.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; travel flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5–10 residential kitchen/bath projects in the field.
• Coordinate daily field activities across jobsites.
• Review scopes, plans, budgets, and schedules before construction.
• Confirm measurements and site conditions prior to orders.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules.
• Coordinate trade partners, installers, deliveries, and inspections.
• Identify delays or overruns early and implement fixes.
• Ensure work stays within scope and budget; protect margins.
• Lead client communication and maintain safe, clean jobsites.
