Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC in North Atlanta seeks an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee high-end residential kitchen and bath projects in Buckhead and beyond. You will manage field operations, ensure craftsmanship, and communicate with clients to maintain exceptional standards.

The right candidate will supervise 5–10 active projects, coordinate trades, monitor budgets and schedules, enforce safety practices, and drive on-time completion with a focus on 5‑star client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction field management
• Experience supervising kitchen/bath renovation projects
• Ability to manage 5–10 active projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of building codes and safety practices

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential remodeling projects from measurement to completion
• Manage 5–10 projects in the field concurrently
• Coordinate field activities across jobsites
• Review scopes, plans, budgets, and schedules before construction
• Ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence
• Maintain relationships with trade partners and homeowners
