Job summary

Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC specializes in high‑end kitchen and bathroom remodeling for Buckhead and North Atlanta homeowners. The Field Supervisor will own multiple residential projects, oversee measurements, pre‑construction prep, and oversee from start to finish.

You will report to the Operations Manager, manage schedule, trade partners, and ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction on site.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of residential construction or remodeling field-management experience.
• Direct experience supervising kitchen, bathroom, or high-end residential renovation projects.
• Ability to manage more than 5 projects in the field simultaneously.
• Strong ability to read plans, scopes of work, specifications, and product documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5–10 residential kitchen/bath remodeling projects in the field.
• Coordinate daily field activities across multiple jobsites.
• Review project scopes, plans, selections, specifications, budgets, and schedules before construction begins.
• Confirm field measurements and site conditions before materials are ordered or released.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules.
• Coordinate trade partners, installers, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and homeowners.
• Identify potential delays or cost overruns early and implement corrective action.
• Maintain project profitability by managing labor, materials, changes, and scheduling.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day field contact for homeowners.
