Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC in Buckhead and North Atlanta is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee high-end residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. You will lead multiple projects, coordinate trades, ensure safety and craftsmanship, and keep clients informed.

This in-person, full-time role requires 5+ years in field management. Compensation includes a base salary of $70,000–$100,000, performance bonuses, company vehicle or allowance, fuel card, paid training, and

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of residential construction or remodeling field-management experience.
• Direct experience supervising kitchen, bathroom, or high-end residential renovation projects.
• Ability to manage more than 5 projects in the field simultaneously.
• Strong working knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing.
• Ability to read plans, scopes of work, specifications, and product documentation.
• Strong understanding of quality control, job costing, change orders, and schedule management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel between Buckhead and North Atlanta jobsites.
• Pass any job-related background or driving-record requirements.
• Three supervisor references.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Operations Manager and take field ownership of multiple projects.
• Manage 5–10 residential kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling projects in the field.
• Coordinate daily field activities across multiple jobsites.
• Review project scopes, plans, selections, specifications, budgets, and schedules before construction begins.
• Confirm field measurements and site conditions before materials are ordered or released.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules.
• Coordinate trade partners, installers, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and homeowners.
• Identify potential delays or cost overruns early and develop corrective action plans.
• Keep projects moving efficiently while minimizing downtime between construction phases.
• Ensure work remains within the approved scope and budget.
