Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead high-end residential kitchen and bathroom remodels in Buckhead and throughout North Atlanta. You will manage 5–10 active projects in the field, ensuring superior craftsmanship, client communication, safety, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, meticulous organization, and accountability for installers and trade partners to uphold Heart & Home’s standards and client

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of residential construction or remodeling field-management experience.
• Direct experience supervising kitchen, bathroom, or high-end residential renovation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage more than 5 projects in the field simultaneously.
• Strong working knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and schedule management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5-10 residential kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling projects in the field.
• Coordinate daily field activities across multiple jobsites.
• Review project scopes, plans, budgets, and schedules before construction begins.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate trade partners, installers, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and homeowners.
• Protect project gross margin by managing labor, materials, change orders, and scheduling.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and ensure quality and safety standards.
