Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Atlanta seeks a luxury sales professional to cultivate long-term client relationships and drive High Jewelry sales. You will deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced boutique, using clienteling tools to expand an exclusive client base and participate in events to strengthen brand loyalty.

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will balance daily business with high-value sales, maintain boutique presentation, and support CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification required.
• 7+ years of experience preferred in jewelry/luxury environment.
• Strong in-person and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
• Attend social functions to generate new business and invite clients to events.
• Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture, novelties & events communications, gifting campaigns, and reporting.
• Assist in display setup and maintain boutique aesthetics.
• Willingness to travel as required.
