Strong communication and clienteling skills are essential, with a bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification and 7 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification with 7 years of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
• Attend social functions to generate new business and invite clients to events.
• Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture and accuracy, and clientele reporting.
• Assist in display setup each morning and breakdown in the evening, maintaining boutique aesthetics.
• Travel as required to support clients and events.
