Job summary

Van Cleef and Arpels in the United States seeks a sales professional to develop long-lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment, primarily focused on High Jewelry sales. You will support in-boutique events and curate clienteling activities.

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification with 7 years of experience and strong communication skills; valid US work authorization is required. Salary will be negotiated based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification with 7 years of experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, in-person and written.
• Ability to develop long-lasting client relationships in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
• Attend community events to generate new business and invite clients to in-boutique events.
• Oversee client data capture, communications on novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and reports.
• Assist in morning display setup and evening breakdown to maintain boutique aesthetics.
• Travel as required.
