Responsibilities include driving sales, attending community events, managing CRM data, and ensuring visual standards while supporting travel as needed. Salary is hourly and commission-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification with 7 years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
• Attend social functions to generate new business and invite clients to events.
• Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture, novelties, gifting campaigns and reporting.
• Assist in daily display setup and maintain boutique aesthetics.
• Travel as required.
