Job summary

Richemont's Van Cleef & Arpels boutique in Miami seeks a dedicated Luxury Boutique Sales Associate to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional service to High Jewelry clients. You will build and maintain a loyal client network and participate in events to attract new prospects.

Reporting to the Boutique Director, you will manage CRM data, coordinate gifting campaigns, and ensure the boutique's visual presentation meets brand standards; travel may be required to engage clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification with 7 years of experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in person and writing are required.
• Experience in a fast-paced luxury environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service to clients.
• Attend social functions and in-boutique events to generate new business.
• Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture, communication on novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and reporting.
• Assist in daily display setup and maintain the boutique aesthetic quality.
• Ability to travel as required.
