Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in White Plains, NY is seeking a client-focused sales professional to drive High Jewelry sales and build a loyal client network in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will report to the Boutique Director and balance daily operations with high-end sales, clienteling, and event-driven outreach.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification with substantial experience, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification with 7 years of experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop long‑lasting client relationships in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service to clients.
• Attend social functions to generate new business and invite clients to boutique events.
• Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture, novelties & events, gifting campaigns, and reporting.
• Assist in daily display setup and maintain boutique aesthetics.
• Travel as required to engage with clients and events.
