Job summary

F. Schumacher & Co. invites an experienced Account Executive to lead field-based sales across the Rocky Mountain region, including Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Aspen, and Vail.

You will cultivate relationships with top interior designers, architects, and developers, driving growth in fabric, wallcovering, rugs, and trim while traveling about 50% of the time. You will partner with inside sales to manage a shared portfolio, translating relationships into business growth and acting as a trusted advisor

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years outside sales experience in luxury/interior design/home furnishings trade.
• Proven ability to build and grow a territory through relationship development and prospecting.
• Willingness to travel ~50% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of credentials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales across multiple brands within your geographic territory (Schumacher, Patterson Flynn, Tillett Textiles, Backdrop).
• Cultivate strategic view of your territory and target leading firms and design studios.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with internal partners.
• Travel across Colorado, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming as territory grows; build relationships with designers, architects, and developers.
