Job summary

F. Schumacher & Co. seeks a Rocky Mountain Account Executive to represent our FSCO portfolio across Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Aspen, and Vail.

This field‑focused role requires about 50% travel to meet with interior designers, architects, and developers and to present curated fabric, wallcovering, rug and trim solutions. Collaborate with inside sales to grow a shared account portfolio, act as a trusted advisor, and translate relationships into meaningful business growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in outside sales within luxury/interior design or trade.
• Proven ability to grow a territory through relationships and follow-through.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills for senior designer and firm interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales across multiple brands and product categories within your territory.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with designers, architects and developers.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets with cross-brand opportunities.
• Lead sample storytelling and in-person presentations to showcase product solutions.
