Job summary

F. Schumacher & Co. is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to represent the FSCO portfolio across the Rocky Mountain region, including Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Aspen, and Vail.

You will cultivate relationships with leading interior designers, architects, and developers while driving growth across fabric, wallcovering, rugs, and trim. This field-based role requires about 50% travel, a keen eye for design, and the ability to curate product solutions that fit client needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of outside sales in luxury/home furnishings or the trade.
• Proven ability to grow a territory through relationship development.
• Track record of achieving sales goals and influencing buying decisions.
• Multi-line/category sales experience or quickly mastering complex assortments.
• Strong time-management for travel across a large region.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; practical experience may suffice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales across multiple brands within your territory.
• Cultivate strategic accounts and reactivate dormant ones.
• Understand client aesthetics and tailor meetings with brand clarity.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with partners.
• Travel roughly 50% and represent FSCO in field events.
