Job summary

F. Schumacher & Co. is seeking a Rocky Mountain Account Executive to represent the FSCO portfolio across Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Aspen, and Vail.

You will cultivate lasting relationships with top interior designers, architects, and developers while growing sales of fabric, wallcovering, rugs, and trim. Expect around 50% travel for client meetings. Working with our inside team, you’ll manage a shared portfolio, translate relationships into business, and pursue cross-sell opportunities across

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of outside sales in luxury/interior design or home furnishings.
• Proven ability to grow a territory through relationships and prospecting.
• Track record of achieving sales goals and growing business within accounts.
• Multi-line or multi-category sales experience or quick mastery of complex assortments.
• Strong territory/time-management skills and ability to travel ~50%.
• Independent in the field with collaboration with inside sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, polished client presence.
• Familiar with CRM (Odoo or comparable), MS Office, Instagram, and email marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales across Schumacher, Patterson Flynn, Tillett Textiles, and Backdrop within your territory.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with leading firms, design studios, and trade clients.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with shared ownership across brands.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time to meet clients in person.
• Lead product storytelling and curate a thoughtful sample story for accounts.
• Collaborate with inside team to manage a shared portfolio and close opportunities.
