The RealReal is seeking a Group Manager, Inside Sales to lead an inside sales team focused on acquiring luxury consignments from our existing consignor base in Dallas. You will coach, develop, and performance-manage a team to consistently meet and exceed monthly targets, while shaping processes and reporting in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Must live in Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone only.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience leading inside sales teams.
• Ability to analyze sales pipelines and KPIs.
• Proficient with Salesforce and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Coach and manage inside sales team to meet monthly targets.
• Shadow calls, review correspondence, and monitor sales pipeline.
• Drive KPI attainment across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop team members.
• Ensure accurate Salesforce data and quality checks.
• Collaborate with other sales channels and management.
• Identify workflow and reporting improvement opportunities.
• Provide consignor experience across phone, email, and text.
• Resolve elevated consignor issues with consignor relations.
