Job summary

The RealReal is seeking experienced sales professionals to grow consignment activity in the field as Luxury Resale Advisors. You will acquire luxury items from clients, drive new and repeat business, and own your territory with in-home appointments.

Responsibilities include client outreach, lead generation, pipeline management in Salesforce, and achieving monthly quotas while delivering a white-glove client experience. Travel 70%+ is expected, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or luxury resale is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 70%+ within assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to clients and conduct in-home appointments to drive consignment activity.
• Build and manage a pipeline; convert leads and reactive lapsed clients using Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
• Procure luxury consignments and coordinate item pickup and shipment to RealReal centers.
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience throughout the consignment process.
• Present and review consignment contracts and set pricing expectations using internal tools.
• Collaborate with Retail and Consignor Relations teams to support sales.
• Spend most time in the field building relationships through in-home visits.
