Job summary

The RealReal is seeking a motivated Luxury Resale Advisor to drive consignments through in-home appointments across the assigned territory. You will build a pipeline, convert leads, and maintain ongoing client relationships, using Salesforce to manage activity and deliver a white-glove experience.

Ideal candidates bring luxury goods sales experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling luxury goods or high-end services.
• Technologically proficient; comfortable using CRM systems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to travel >70% within the designated market.

Responsibilities

• Drive consignment activity via in-home appointments and outreach.
• Source and convert leads; manage a book of business in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas to grow revenue.
• Coordinate end-to-end pickup/shipment of consignments.
• Deliver high-touch, white-glove client experiences throughout the process.
• Explain contracts and pricing using internal tools and market knowledge.
• Collaborate with Retail and Consignor Relations teams.
