Job summary

The RealReal in Chicago region seeks an experienced Luxury Resale Advisor to drive consignment business. You will source luxury items from clients and build both new and repeat business in your assigned territory, thriving in a quota-driven, in-home sales model.

Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, customer-focused, self-motivated, and adept at managing a high-touch client experience to maximize long-term engagement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and manage a sales book.
• Proficient with CRM systems and data-driven selling.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a quota-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing clients through in-home appointments to drive consignment activity.
• Build and convert leads; manage pipeline in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate end-to-end consignment process including pickup and shipping.
