Job summary

The RealReal is seeking an experienced Luxury Resale Advisor to drive consignments in the Atlanta region. This field sales role emphasizes in-home appointments, client outreach, and building a book of business with a strong, trust-based relationship.

You will leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline, meet monthly quotas, and coordinate end-to-end logistics for pickup and shipping of items to e-commerce centers. A luxurious, high-touch client experience is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate and convert leads.
• Experience using CRM to manage a book of business.
• Strong client relationship and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to operate in a quota-driven, in-home appointment environment.
• Comfort with luxury goods or high-end services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to new and existing clients via in-home appointments to drive consignments.
• Build and manage a pipeline; reactivate lapsed clients and convert leads.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for item pickup and shipping of consignments.
• Provide a high-touch, white-glove client experience throughout the process.
• Present contracts and pricing, guiding clients through each step with market expertise.
• Collaborate with Retail and Consignor Relations teams to resolve client concerns.
