Job summary

The RealReal is seeking a Sales Manager (Group Manager) to lead a field sales team focused on acquiring consignments from new and existing clients. You’ll drive results while aligning with our culture of collaboration, luxury brands, sustainability, and customer obsession.

You will recruit, train, and coach team members, achieve KPI targets, and help grow the business across our assigned territory. A valid driver’s license and in-person client meetings are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in sales management.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel and meet clients in person.
• Live within 15 miles of assigned territory; valid driver's license and adequate car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive field sales team to meet/exceed daily & monthly KPIs.
• Shadow field sales appointments to monitor performance.
• Coach and train field sales representatives for optimal performance.
• Use customer reporting to identify opportunities to increase client engagement and consignments.
• Monitor and address customer feedback for the team.
• Provide accurate reporting to Sales Leadership on strategy & goals.
• Ensure the team follows protocol in processing, pricing, safety, consignor communication.
• Interview, hire, train employees; plan and direct work; appraise performance; manage conflicts.
