The RealReal is hiring Luxury Resale Advisors to drive consignments in-home with clients across the territory. You will build new and repeat business through proactive outreach, sourcing items, and delivering a white-glove client experience.

This field-sales role requires entrepreneurial drive, strong relationship skills, and the ability to manage a pipeline in Salesforce. Expect 70%+ travel within your market and a base salary plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience in luxury or high-ticket goods.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing clients through in-home appointments to drive consignment activity.
• Build pipeline by sourcing leads and converting marketing-qualified leads into consignors.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
