Job summary

The RealReal is seeking an Associate Luxury Resale Advisor in Houston to drive new business, reactivate past consignors, and grow a premium luxury consignor base with in-home appointments. You will build lasting relationships, guide consignors on what and when to consign, and deliver high-touch service across the end-to-end process.

You’ll leverage Salesforce and other tools to manage a growing pipeline, meet monthly quotas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize consignor value

Qualifications

• Experience in acquiring luxury goods and building a book of business.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and convert leads to consignors.
• Comfort with in-home appointments and field-based sales.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Outreach: engage new, inactive, and prospective clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments to drive consignment activity.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: build pipeline by sourcing new leads, reactivating lapsed consignors, and converting marketing-qualified leads into active consignors.
• Sales Performance: meet or exceed monthly quotas driving new business growth and consignment value.
• Client Experience: deliver high-touch, white-glove service through the consignment process.
