The RealReal in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Luxury Resale Advisor to drive consignment business in the field. You will acquire luxury items from clients and build new and repeat consignor relationships through in-home appointments within your territory.

This role suits an entrepreneurial, client-focused professional who thrives in a quota-driven environment, uses Salesforce to manage the pipeline, and delivers a white-glove experience from outreach to contract review.

• Technologically proficient with CRM systems and digital tools to manage pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Client Outreach: Engage new and existing clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments to drive consignment activity.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively build pipeline by sourcing new leads, reactivating lapsed clients, and converting leads into consignors.
• Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas by driving key performance metrics and contributing to revenue growth.
• Consignment Procurement & Logistics: Acquire luxury consignment items from clients and oversee end-to-end coordination of pickup and shipment to e-commerce centers.
• Client Experience: Deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience throughout the consignment process.
