L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is seeking a Host to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and support the dining team in delivering luxury service. You will ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival through departure, with attention to detail and guest preferences.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiasm for food and beverage.

Responsibilities

• Greet, direct, and seat guests at assigned tables based on reservations and walk-ins.
• Maintain luxury service standards.
• Manage reservations program (OpenTable) and communicate notes to servers.
• Support servers and bartenders with service needs during peak times.
• Restock host stand and keep area clean and organized.
• Address guest inquiries and provide personalized guest experiences.
