Job summary

L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is seeking a Server for Costa Covo to deliver exceptional dining experiences through gracious and attentive service. You will apply extensive menu knowledge, assist guests with beverage pairings, and work in a luxury hotel setting with a focus on hospitality excellence.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of serving experience in a high-volume environment, strong beverage knowledge, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional serving experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong beverage knowledge including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Ability to pass a satisfactory background check.
• Available and willing to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay composed under pressure.
• Proficiency with standard software applications and hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat guests, take orders, and enter orders into the POS.
• Deliver food and beverages, check guest satisfaction, present check, and process payment.
• Know menu, make beverage and food recommendations, and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of table and seat numbers; set up dining areas per service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and stations.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate to management as needed.
