Job summary

L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to create exceptional first and lasting impressions for every guest by delivering warm, personalized, and anticipatory service. You will be the primary contact throughout the guest journey in the Front Office and Guest Services team.

Responsibilities include processing arrivals and departures, assigning rooms, securing payments, verifying charges, coordinating with Housekeeping, and upselling dining, spa, and experiences to maximize

Qualifications

• 1+ years direct customer service experience; hotel/lodging environment highly preferred.
• Proficient with computers and learning technical systems (PMS, POS, MS Office).
• Strong communication, problem-solving and guest service etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in and check-out guests efficiently and courteously.
• Process arrivals/departures, assign rooms, and verify billing details.
• Answer inquiries, route calls, and provide local recommendations.
• Upsell accommodations, dining, spa and experiences to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain guest folios and ensure accuracy of charges; report issues promptly.
