Job summary

L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to lead front-of-house operations across our Restaurants, Bar, Pool, In Room Dining, and Banquets. You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage and drive guest satisfaction, efficiency, and team development.

This leadership role requires a proactive manager with strong communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring flawless service and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional restaurant leadership experience.
• 5+ years professional serving or bartending experience.
• Experience in banquet/event execution.
• Multi-outlet experience a plus.
• In-room dining experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Able to complete a satisfactory background check.
• Available and willing to work flexible hours based on business needs including weekdays and weekends.
• Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Expresses sincere enthusiasm for the role and passion for food and beverage.
• Must know how to prioritize, delegate, and respond in a timely fashion. Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and stay focused while maintaining hospitality.
• California Food Handler Certification and Responsible Beverage Service Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house personnel, hiring, training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Create cost-efficient schedules based on forecast and budget.
• Lead onboarding and staff development, training, and SOP adherence.
• Manage inventory, ordering, par levels, and monthly counts.
• Coordinate banquet events with Sales and Culinary teams.
• In-room dining program management.
• Ensure compliance with F&B SOPs and update procedures.
• Maintain POS pricing and menu changes in system.
• Engage guests and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Oversee cash handling and tip/service charge distribution.
• Act as floor manager and ensure smooth operation.
