L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is seeking a Host to greet, seat, and assist guests in a luxury dining environment. You will manage reservations, communicate specials, and support servers, ensuring a seamless dining flow and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, direct, and seat guests based on reservations and walk-ins.
• Maintain luxury service standards and knowledge of daily specials.
• Understand and follow department policies and procedures.
• Maximize seating and manage reservations using the OpenTable system.
• Answer calls politely and assist servers and bartenders as needed.
• Reset tables promptly and communicate reservations notes to servers.
• Proactively engage guests and personalize service when possible.
• Complete daily side work and keep host area organized.
• Restock host stand with menus and supplies daily.
• Report shift notes to management and attend required trainings.
