Qualifications

• Six months experience in a luxury hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to greet guests, manage reservations, and seat guests professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating.
• Maintain neat and stocked host stand and reservation book.
• Answer restaurant phones and manage reservations with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the dining area before service.
• Assist in ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth service flow.
